Tuesday Strength 4/14/15

HUGE group of triathletes getting stronger today! Tuesday’s workout: warm up with banded hip openers and single arm kettle bell swings. Then more work upside down will headstand practice. Meat and potatoes of the workout: 7-7,6-6,5-5,4-4,3-3,2-2,1-1… Thrusters and reverse grip kipping pull-ups.
