Thursday Strength 3/26/15

Blame it on the bear (complex).

Thursday’s grind: Warmup-
pvc pipe shoulder passes
Agility ladder work
Dynamic hip openers
Then:
The bear complex! 5 x 5 reps with 30-60″ rest between rounds,
followed by handstand practice with a wall or buddy for assistance.
Finally an ab finisher
