Your Next Running Warmup

Runners rarely if ever do much to physically prepare themselves for their daily runs other than lace up, drink some water, and head out the door. Here, we discuss a quick but incredibly effective way to dynamically warm up the hips, knees, and ankles, address our single leg balance, and improve our flexibility where we need it most: the hips and hamstrings.
