Running: How Big Should Your Arm Swing Be?

Running involves different degrees and combinations of pushing and pulling. As I go uphill, run thru the water, or sprint, I have to push a whole lot more. Thus, our arm swing will depart from the tucked in at 90 degree angle we see in long distance running to a powerful extension at the elbow! How big should your arms be? It’s easy, our arms will always match our legs!
